FS#4 - Controller Issues

Using a gamepad results in odd behavior. There is always a tilt to Duke’s movements, or to put it another way there is no zero. Changing the sensitivity offsets this, but the sensitivity also reveals how out of balance it is. at 26% and below it leans to the left, and at 27% and above it leans to the right. It also appears to completely ignore the existence of the second stick, using it as four buttons rather than...well, a stick. Oddly, it still shows up as an axis in the joystick settings, though modifying it does nothing.

I'm having this problem too, both on my Xbox 360 pad and Logitech F310 in DirectInput mode. There are also problems where EDuke32 won't register any of the digital commands I assign to my stick and it's very frustrating when I want to use digital input so I can play it as if I'm playing the Xbox 360 port. Another problem I'm having is the source port is always putting double-tap controls on binds (on Buttons 0, 1, and 2, or X, A, and B) that I've deleted yet it shows up again when I restart the source port. One or two of the axis settings does the same thing where a random command like Run would be re-appear on axis 3 or something.

Yeah, none of the joystick controls stick for some reason. To get mine to stick, I had to go in and physically alter the config file.
