FS#11 - .FBX file support

This is a request for the fbx model format to be supported along side md3s.

This format has way more features such as skeletal animations and is more easily created by most 3D applications.

I believe supporting a more popular file format will encourage others to contribute to projects.

FBX is a proprietary format that is very difficult to read without third-party libraries that may not support all versions of the format.

With that in mind, the SMD format should also be considered as an alternative. It's an ASCII-based format that the Source Engine uses. It seems Cube 2: Sauerbraten has a reader for this format, may come in handy with working in your own implementation. https://sourceforge.net/p/sauerbraten/code/HEAD/tree/src/engine/smd.h

Information about the format can be read here: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Studiomdl_Data

Milkshape, 3DS Studio Max, Maya, and XSI Mod tool support the format either natively or via plugins.

Another format is IQM. If need be, one can convert from SMD to IQM very easily.
